Have Laptop (& Passport), Will Travel!

Throughout the years we’ve had the fortunate opportunity to travel on the behalf of our clients. Whether it’s been here in the states or abroad in more exotic locations like Monte Carlo or Barcelona, we are willing and able to travel almost anywhere!

When I originally wrote this blog post it was just before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020. I had a full roster of client events on the calendar until everything started to cancel, nationwide. Needless to say, since then, travel has changed a lot-- including the landscape of in-person on-site events. Thankfully, the call for that type of work is gradually starting to return to the state of Florida and elsewhere as the country struggles to get the pandemic under control and more people vaccinated.

Yes, I have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 since May of 2021 and will most likely get a booster shot as well, when available. I'm happy to supply proof of vaccination, observe COVID-19 protocols and to wear a mask while working with you and your team on-site. Whatever it takes to return us to in-person events and help keep everyone safe.

So why the need to edit on-site in the first place? Some clients have had projects that needed to be edited quickly on-site, documenting a particular special one-time event; and others just find it easier to get everyone’s approval all at once, since all the key players are in a single location at one time.

We do seem to spend a lot of time out West – in more mountainous places like Tahoe, Carmel, Palm Springs, Los Angeles and Vegas. (California is a personal favorite!) Though we’re also very happy to be based in one of the best year-round climates in the US— sunny (and best when cool & breezy) Central Florida.

So if you’re in need of on-site post-production services that might also require a bit of travel, we’d be glad to assist. With laptop and passport in hand, we’ll be excited to see where the next adventure takes us!
