In Adobe Premiere, you have two options that will automatically resize your video clips and still images to the dimensions of your current edit sequence. They are: "Set to Frame Size" and "Scale to Frame Size." Which do you use? Does it really matter? They seem to do the same thing, yes. But when it comes to working with stock images-- particularly if you plan to add any key-framed moves to the shots, choosing "Scale to Frame Size" is the option to pick. This can be a major timesaver later when you have to replace the low rez temp shots with the full rez finals, and still retain your original key-framed effects.
